    What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

    • Lead Operation Managers and direct day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, payroll, and client site coverage.
    • Interact with clients to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to Operation Managers and other branch staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
    • Oversee branch finances, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and profitability optimization.
    • Participate in strategic planning activities to set goals and objectives for the branch and identify growth opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high service quality standards.
    • Generate reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
    • Invest in developing branch staff through training programs, performance evaluations, and coaching.
    • Facilitate open communication channels and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Address challenges, make timely decisions, and implement strategic initiatives to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

    What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

    • Significant experience in the security industry, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Experience managing a high volume of hours.
    • Proficiency in P&L management and financial analysis.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience in branch management.
    • Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in operational management.
    • Ability to foster team cohesion and maintain a positive workplace culture.
    • Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about the security industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with scheduling software.
    • Optional certifications such as CPP, PC, or PSP are advantageous.
