The Clinical Nurse Manager will: Assume 24 hour responsibility and accountability for the overall operations of the Endoscopy service line Provide the essential connection between the strategic plan/organizational goals and the point of care Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Current NYS Registered Nursing License/Registration Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current NYS Registered Nursing License/Registration BLS certification (through American Heart Association) Demonstrates a basic knowledge of management skills Desired Skills:
Certification in area of specialty, or CNML (Certified Nurse Manager and Leader) preferred but must be obtained within three (3) years of hire into Nurse Manager role ACLS certification (through American Heart Association)
