ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of our Privacy Team, you will be responsible for ensuring Ada's compliance with data protection legislation. You will work closely with our Data Protection Officer, Privacy Team, Information Security, Data, Marketing, and Product Teams.

Your main focus will be on ensuring compliance with GDPR, but as a global company, you will also work on implementing other international data protection requirements, with a particular focus on the US.

The Privacy Team works closely with the Legal Team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer on all data protection matters, including:
  • Conducting data protection audits and impact assessments
  • Communicating with authorities
  • Developing and implementing internal policies and guidelines
  • Implementing and maintaining a data protection management system
  • Working with teams across Ada to implement privacy by design and default
  • Implementing Ada's global data protection strategy
  • Researching and implementing foreign data protection legislation
