Training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist 2024 (m|w|d)

Responsibilities:

Active tracking of orders and deadlines
Maintenance of master data for articles, suppliers, and customers
Processing of order changes/cancellations/complaints for both customers and suppliers
To acquire product knowledge and use it for customer consultation, you will gather information about the products in our portfolio
You will become familiar with our sales structure in the internal department, including target groups and sales markets

Training content & structure:

During the training as a wholesale and foreign trade specialist (m|w|d), you will be thoroughly introduced to all commercial processes in our industrial company
This will give you an understanding of the interconnected processes of the various departments in our internationally operating company: procurement and logistics, sales and customer orientation, commercial control and monitoring, controlling and accounting, human resources, goods and sales management, as well as information and collaboration and the organization of the training company
The main focus of the foreign trade specialization is on foreign markets and the handling of foreign trade transactions, as well as the use of foreign languages
