Job Duties

Manage fullcycle recruiting process for various positions within the organization
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the duties of the positions
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
Stay uptodate with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on HR policies and procedures
Assist with onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in healthcare
Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BambooHR is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales or relationship management is a plus
Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm, at our Palm Desert office.

This is not a remote position
