    Acerca del Trabajo:
    El Conductor es responsable de operar uno de los camiones semirremolque de la empresa. El conductor es responsable de la entrega de carga hacia y desde los clientes de manera profesional y segura. Esta es una posición 1099 OTR, sobre la carretera (fuera de la ciudad). (Viajamos a los 48 estados). No tenemos despacho forzado y nuestros conductores pueden viajar a los estados o áreas de su preferencia.

    Tareas, Requisitos y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
    • Operar y conducir un camión semirremolque de manera segura y profesional para transportar productos.
    • Realizar las verificaciones diarias de seguridad del equipo.
    • Asegurar adecuadamente las cargas para un transporte seguro cuando sea necesario.
    • Interactuar con los clientes y otros empleados del almacén de manera profesional.
    • Posiblemente operar un montacargas para transportar material de manera eficiente y cargar/descargar productos de los camiones.
    • Viajar fuera del estado y poder permanecer fuera en la carretera durante al menos una semana.

    El conductor de la empresa con licencia CDL-A disfruta de:
    • Ingresos brutos promedio de $1500 a $2500 por semana
    • Carril constante.
    • Este es un arreglo 50-50.
    • Sin despacho forzado: las cargas y destinos se discuten con nuestros conductores antes de ser reservados.

    Requisitos:
    • Conocimiento de las regulaciones del DOT
    • Comportamiento consciente de la seguridad.
    • Puntualidad y excelente asistencia.
    • Experiencia en la operación de remolques secos.
    • Buenas habilidades de comunicación en ingles escrita y verbal.
    • Se requieren al menos 2 años de experiencia de manejo.
    • Al menos 23 años de edad.
    • GPS para el camión es necesario.
    • Debe tener un teléfono inteligente con datos.
    • Los registros MVR y PSP deben estar razonablemente limpios.
    • No estar prohibido en la Base de datos de DOT Clearinghouse.
    • Resultados negativos en la prueba de drogas.
    • Sin condenas importantes en la verificación de antecedentes penales.
    • Debe poder permanecer fuera de la carretera durante al menos una semana.
