Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn commission based on appointments set for service or sales.

Our receptionists also enjoy weekly pay, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
Take detailed messages and ensure they are delivered promptly to the intended recipient
Provide information about the dealership's products and services to callers
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the dealership's calendar
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in using various computer programs, including MS Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one of two weekend days
