For our client, an automotive supplier based in Friedrichshafen, we are looking for a temporary Personalreferent (m/w/d) within the framework of temporary employment until the end of the year.

Your tasks as Personalreferent (m/w/d):
- Your main tasks include personnel procurement from onboarding to offboarding of internal personnel
- Support of employees and managers in the areas of labor law, deadlines, applications, and employment contracts/salary adjustments
- Participation in HR development processes
- Support of managers in complying with HR processes
What we expect from you as Personalreferent (m/w/d) *****
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or a degree in business administration
- First experience in the HR field
- Good knowledge of MS Office, HR tools, and labor law desirable
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
