Position Summary:
Milwaukee College Prep is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant
in optimizing the CEO's capacity to lead effectively, ensuring efficient operation and
management of the executive office. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent
communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling
optimal use of time.
- Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for internal and
staff, and stakeholders.
- Document Preparation and Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute
records to support decision-making processes.
- Meeting and
Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate executive meetings
and special events, including preparing materials, securing venues, and ensuring
technology setup for effective meetings.
- Project Management: Assist in overseeing special projects from inception to

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and

Work Environment:
This position is based at the central office in Milwaukee, with occasional travel to other
campuses and events as needed. The role typically operates during regular business
