COMPANY PROFILE
Our client is a successful trading company located in Waleska, GA. We are currently seeking a team leader (m/f/d) for sales controlling to join their team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead the sales controlling team
  • Act as a sparring partner for the sales team
  • Conduct price calculations and profitability analyses
  • Budget planning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales controlling strategies and processes
  • Analyze and evaluate sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Identify potential for efficiency improvements and implement corresponding measures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, controlling, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in sales controlling, ideally in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of analyzing sales data and deriving strategic recommendations
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive and solutionoriented work style
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
