Your tasks


You represent our company to our customers from the first contact. As a competent contact person for rental, vehicle fleet and dispatch, you are involved in determining damages, checking technical functionality and ensuring the rentability of our vehicles. You hand over and take over the vehicles on site and are our ambassador, providing customers with advice and assistance.

Main tasks:

  • Renting vehicles from our high-quality fleet
  • Personal customer consultation on the phone and at the station
  • You take care of a diverse clientele and a great product
  • Front and back office tasks such as damage processing, dispatch, fleet control and monitoring of open items
  • Implementation of the company philosophy "ARNDT Fairmieten" in daily customer contact
  • Transfer trips to/from our customers, including high-quality handover and return
  • Determining (new) damages with our app
  • Ensuring a positive appearance of the branch, high customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education in any field
  • Experience in the rental industry is an advantage, but not a must
  • Advantageous: professional experience in the service industry and direct customer contact
  • Commitment, flexibility and teamwork
