- Xstore - Customizations, Configurations, UI Changes, Locale Changes, Handling Data issues, POS Deployment, Issue Analysis and Fixing, Device Configurations, In/Out bound data mapping)
- Design and configure Oracle Xstore POS applications based on client requirements.
- Customize Xstore workflows, screens, and functionalities to align with client specifications. Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and integration of Xstore solutions.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of the POS systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Xstore configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Xstore features, patches, and upgrades to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Xstore with other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues related to Xstore applications for clients.
- At least 2 Implementation and 2 Support projects for XStore (as mentioned below) Good communication skills.
- Experience in onsite-offshore model Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Xstore architecture, configurations, and modules.
- Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with relevant technologies such as XML, SQL, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, understanding and translating client requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
