Team Leader Medical Assistance (m/f/d):

For our health center in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a Team Leader Medical Assistance (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, on a full-time basis until March 31, 2025.

LIVING AND WORKING

You will lead your team of medical assistants in the health center
You will coordinate appointments, taking into account efficient personnel and resource management
You are responsible for the careful training and continuous development of your team members
You will conduct occupational medical examinations
You will independently work on projects

YOUR EXPERTISE IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH

You have successfully completed a medical education (medical assistant, nurse, paramedic, etc.)
Ideally, you have already gained experience in leadership roles
You enjoy motivating and developing your team
