Job Title:
Full-Time Nanny for Two Children ages 4 years old and 9 month old.

BoCoCa, Brooklyn, NY
Start Date:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
Compensation:
$85,000 -$100,000 annualized salary, with additional benefits including a transit pass, 1 week paid time off (in addition to family vacation time), 5 sick days, 8 paid holidays, and an end-of-year bonus.

With a parent working from home in a hybrid model, the ability for the nanny to independently engage and lead the children in daily activities is paramount, creating a supportive environment that allows for focused work and family time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and uphold a nurturing and stimulating daily structure tailored to each child's developmental milestones, with a dynamic mix of outdoor exploration, educational engagement, and creative outlets.
- Establish and maintain a consistent sleep and nap regimen for the youngest child, with a proven track record of implementing successful sleep routines for infants.
- Serve as a proactive member of the family, eager to collaborate on and suggest strategies that enhance the children's wellbeing and support the family's objectives.
- Prepare a variety of healthy, ageappropriate meals, guiding the children through the exploration of new foods and flavors.
- Encourage emotional development and selfexpression in the children, employing a compassionate approach that validates feelings and promotes confidence.
- Prioritize an environment free from personal phone use during work hours to ensure undivided attention to the children's needs and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in childcare, particularly with young children and managing multiple children at a time.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to forming a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and their parents.
- A dedication to professionalism, including reliability, punctuality, and a clear focus on the job at hand.
