Summary:

At Chick-fil-A 5th Street Highway, we believe that inspiring, motivating and serving each person that comes into contact with our restaurant is top priority.

As a kitchen team member you are responsible for preparing food for our guests with excellence, according to Chick-fil-A standards.

Team Members will be led under the direction of the leader on shift and will communicate with them for tasks to complete.

We ask that our team members also represent the culture of Chick-fil-A and our restaurant's vision while working.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure each product is prepared according to the ChickfilA recipe
Required to work in service positions, line assembly, prep, and breading
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and organized at all times
Maintain proper communication with leader and front of house at all times
Fulfilling orders with speed and accuracy
Maintain personal knowledge by completing inhouse training
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
General cleaning

Qualifications and skills

Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 lbs
Teamoriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Honors and encourages others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant and the Owner/Operator
