What to expect at Pullman

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide advice on complex corporate law issues and cross-border M&A transactions.


Quickly integrate yourself into ongoing corporate law advice and representation for companies of various legal forms, industries, and sizes, and apply your knowledge.

You will be involved in national and international corporate transactions within our group or our Marcalliance network.


Be inspired by the collegial working atmosphere in a strong team closely integrated with our other business areas, in an international environment.

What you bring


First relevant practical experience, preferably with a focus on corporate law and/or transaction consulting, or a beginner with enthusiasm to further develop in corporate law.

At least "satisfactory" exam results and very good, fluent English skills.

Good understanding of economic relationships and a self-sufficient and thorough working style.

Solution-oriented approach and independent working style.
