Ogletree Deakins is one of the largest law firms specializing exclusively in labor law, with over 50 locations worldwide and over 900 attorneys.

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate (m/f/d) for our Berlin office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in labor law.

Our firm advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor law, as well as business immigration and employee data protection.

This includes providing ongoing legal advice to HR departments and management, representing clients in court and out-of-court disputes, and providing support and coordination for restructuring and international or cross-border projects.

The role also involves negotiating with unions and works councils, and drafting employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies.


Your Profile

  • Passion for labor law
  • Aboveaverage state exams
  • At least 3 years of experience in an internationally active law firm, ideally in labor law
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach
  • Good English skills for daily collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • Open to new challenges and willing to independently manage clients and lead labor court proceedings
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
