Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Produce highquality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and singlesourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Work with internal teams to obtain an indepth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Education, Experience & Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information technology, ore related field
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
Soft Skills:
- Experience working directly with developers and cross functional teams
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies
- Certification in Technical Writing or related field
