Responsibilities:


We are a reliable service partner that manages the entire IT of operational flight operations, ensuring a consistently high efficiency and quality of processes.

As a Flightcrew Service Agent, you will be in direct contact with cabin and cockpit crews, supporting them with their needs for flight preparation.


Your daily tasks include:

  • You are responsible for carrying out central support tasks for flight crews on site at the Flight Operating Center at Munich Airport.
  • As a single point of contact, you assist crews with questions regarding their equipment and applications, ensuring a smooth flight preparation process.
  • You are the main contact for various inquiries from crew members and handle them or forward them to the appropriate departments.
  • In case of system malfunctions, you take measures to maintain operational flight operations.
  • You are also responsible for providing and updating various flight and crew information.

Qualifications:


  • Completed training in the service sector, IT/information management (or similar) or a career change
  • High IT affinity and good knowledge of Windows and Apple products
  • Structured and independent work style
  • High level of service readiness, strong service behavior, and great commitment
  • You are openminded and able to think outside the box to find solutions
  • Strong team player with a friendly demeanor
  • Time flexibility and an interest in working outside of "9 to 5"
  • Excellent communication skills in German and good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
