The Walter AG in Münsingen is looking for a:
Student Assistant Lean/Operational Excellence (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • Support and participation in the preparation and implementation of Lean Management activities
  • Support and participation in projects from requirement analysis to implementation in the department (including planning, tracking & project documentation)
  • Creation of specifications in coordination with all process stakeholders
  • Support of digitalization activities, integration of innovative solutions into existing system landscape
  • Monitoring the sustainability of initiated changes

Your profile:

  • You are a student (m/f/d) of engineering (mechanical engineering, electronics, technical computer science or business informatics)
  • You have basic knowledge in the field of Lean Management
  • Ideally, you already have practical experience in the production area of an industrial company and in group moderation
  • You have a good understanding of technical relationships
  • You work independently, are communicative and goaloriented
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications
