    We are assisting our well-respected area client in filling an immediate need for a highly qualified

    S

    enior Mechanical Engineer . This individual must specialize in project design and possess superior documentation abilities related to the design-build industry.

    Our client is also seeking candidates who strongly desire to coach and mentor a team of mechanical engineers to encourage professional development within the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    Monitor and document all necessary construction documents

    Work as part of a high-functioning team

    Coach and mentor a team of less experienced Engineers

    Monitor and ensure adherence to project deadlines

    Ensure accurate and timely project and equipment reporting


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering related field

    Professional Engineering License

    5+ years experience in a construction environment

    Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit or similar CAD programs

    Excellent problem-solving abilities

    Superior interpersonal skills

    Design/Build project experience preferred
