Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Research and contact recruiting organizations (preferably military recruits).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in recruitment, and interviewing techniques
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms and social media for recruitment outreach
- Resultsoriented and driven, with a strong customer service orientation
- Intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to keeping pace with the latest industry trends in recruitment and security industries.
