Administrator for Siemens Mobility (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Support and advise sales regarding contractual and commercial issues
  • Commercial order processing from the quotation phase to order entry until the end of the warranty period
  • Identification of additional expenses and passing them on to sales for enforcement, monitoring profitability and conducting cost calculations
  • Responsibility for correct and timely invoicing to our customers, as well as monitoring financial aspects (cost entries and customer payments)
  • Maintenance of existing service and maintenance contracts, monitoring contract durations and initiating corresponding activities in coordination with sales, e.g. contract extensions, terminations, contract changes
  • Contract negotiations with our customers together with our sales colleagues

Your profile

  • Completed specialized degree (university)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience or commercial training and relevant further education with work experience
  • Fluent in German
  • Good knowledge of English
