    Job Description: Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist

    We're seeking a Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts and help us reach new heights.

    About Us:

    Pediatric Emergency Standards Inc. is the innovator of the award-winning Handtevy Resuscitation System. The Handtevy System is a fully integrated, cloud-based management software program for pre-hospital (EMS) and hospital healthcare professionals to be used to treat the critically ill or injured pediatric and adult patients alike. We empower healthcare providers to rapidly and accurately respond to emergent calls with ease while reducing medical error and improving quality of care for all patients.

    Opportunity:

    • Full-Time Position: This is a full-time opportunity with potential for growth.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Marketing Representative, you will:

    • Design and create engaging content for email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
    • Update and maintain our company website with new content and graphics.
    • Utilize graphic design skills to create digital banners and other visual assets.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of our company marketing collateral and material related to sales, training, and marketing.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop, maintain, and adjust brand messaging.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
    • Support the marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed as directed by the Director of Marketing, Executive Team, or other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Graphic Design Experience: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.
    • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Creative Thinker: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Preferred but not required.
    • 1-3 Years of Experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar: Preferred but not required.
    • Drive yourself with self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
