Description
Qualifications to include the ability to read and understand architectural floorplans, section views, elevations, specifications, and drawings.- Someone who is selfmotivated, detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines and organized. Great communication skills with other employees, as well as General Contractors, Sub Contractors and vendors.
- Ability to communicate Tahiti specifications, listing exclusions inclusions of bid, submitting to client in a timely manner, input estimates, prepare awarded projects to Project Managers, create change orders.
- We provide an innovative bidding program and plan take off program as a tool for your use; Planswift. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Pay:
$90, $100,000.00 per year
