    Join our team as a Patient Coordinator!

    Are you ready to be the friendly face patients see when they visit our dental office? As a Patient Coordinator, you will make sure everything runs smoothly and patients have a positive experience.


    Responsibilities:
    • Provide a warm welcome to patients
    • Create a comfortable waiting area
    • Maintain professionalism when assisting patients
    • Schedule appointments based on preferences
    • Confirm and remind patients about appointments
    • Efficiently manage the appointment calendar
    • Update patient information accurately
    • Keep patient records confidential
    • Verify and update insurance information
    • Collect payments from patients
    • Process insurance claims
    • Respond to patient inquiries
    • Provide clear instructions to patients
    • Maintain reception area organization
    • Communicate effectively with dental staff

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year of dental office experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in customer service
    • Proficiency in dental practice management software
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Knowledge of dental terminology
