    Your Role as a Dental Hygienist


    In this role, you will be a vital member of our patient care team, recognized as an elite clinical provider. Your responsibilities will include:

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
    • Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient documentation.
    • CPR Certification.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
    • A passion for learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
    • Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
    • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment (standard requirement for dental roles).
