    Riverside Valley Dental Care is on the lookout for a talented Dental Hygienist to join us temporarily from March 2026 through August 2026 If you're passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you

    Your Role


    As a Dental Hygienist, you will be a vital part of our patient care team, recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. Your role will involve:

    • Providing exceptional care and attention to patients, ensuring they receive the treatment they deserve.
    • Utilizing our robust Hygiene mentor program and educational offerings to enhance your clinical skills.
    • Delivering lifetime care that prioritizes patient well-being and satisfaction.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
    • Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
    • CPR Certification.

    Preferred Experience

    • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
    • A passion for continuous learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
    • Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
    • Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed.
    • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
    • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment, arranged during the pre-employment process.
