Overview PRN Opportunity Work six shifts per month**St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital offers leading-edge treatments and services to our North Houston, TX community including North Harris and Montgomery counties. The Woodlands Hospital provides expertise in a broad range of services, including heart care, neurology, sports medicine, diagnostic imaging, women's services, neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) surgery, pathology, pulmonary care and sleep disorders. Our clinical affiliations include Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Heart Institute, The Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Texas Children's Hospital. Responsibilities

In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend.Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse Role:
- Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity setting
- Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations
- Proficiency post surgical monitoring
- Passion for excellence in delivering quality care
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- BLS with skills demonstration
- Two years RN expereince
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of Critical Care or RN PACU experience
- Bachelors in Nursing Preferred
Pay Range
$ $50.75 /hour
