- Create accurate repair estimates for customers
- Coordinate repair completion time between customer and technician
- Handle incoming service inquiries
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Follow-up with customers to encourage return visits and boost sales
- Adhere to warranty guidelines and procedures
- Operate with high integrity to maintain customer satisfaction index and company goals
- Comply with all laws and policies regarding customer information protection
- Stay efficient in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, phone, and computer skills
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry preferred
- Minimum age requirement of eighteen
- Valid driver's license is a must
