Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong skills and prior experience in the FIS core banking system, and loan operations including: Loan closing, boarding and servicing and knowledge of BSA and AML.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of PC skills including Microsoft products
Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, supports organization's goals and values.

Education & Experience:

3+ years Advanced handson experience personally working with FIS core banking system required.
2+ years of supervisory and leadership experience at a financial institution preferred but not required. Great opportunity for an FIS core banking expert to move up to a management role.
Bachelor's degree, business or related degree is a plus but not required.
Experience in solving practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Experience in developing, training, leading, inspiring and motivating teams.

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

FIS core banking system: 3 years (preferred)

- supervisory and leadership: 2 years (preferred)
- developing, training, leading, inspiring and motivating team: 2 years (preferred)
