    Description

    Job Description

    Selling products and services to customers in designated non-bulk multi-dwelling unit (MDU) areas/properties with 20+ doors through door-to-door and lobby events.

    • Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience consistently
    • Achieving established objectives regarding monthly sales targets and increased sales volume and penetration via assigned leads and property portfolio
    • Engaging residential customers through door-to-door interactions and lobby events
    • Generating additional revenue from existing customers by offering new services
    • Handling customer issues and complaints following company policy to ensure satisfactory resolution
    • Maintaining awareness of competitors' activities in the designated territory and updating the manager on competitive pricing and marketing changes
    • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
    • Completing all required paperwork accurately to support sales activities, including dispositions, orders, and reporting
    • Collecting and recording funds as per company guidelines

    Required Qualifications

    • Proficiency in cold call sales, persuasion, and effective communication
    • Ability to travel to assigned territories and company locations in various weather conditions using a personal vehicle
    • Capability to work outdoors for extended periods in different seasons and weather conditions
    • Familiarity with computer systems, various communication devices, and software applications
    • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

    Required Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

    Required Related Work Experience and Years

    • Sales or customer service experience - 0 to 6 months

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of communication technologies and data networking fundamentals
    • Familiarity with cable or telecommunication services
    • Experience in educating consumers about products and services
    • Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling

    Preferred Related Work Experience and Years

    • Sales or relevant work experience - 1+

    Working Conditions

    • Spending approximately 80% of time outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds
    • Exposure to moderate noise levels
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Variable hours including weekends, holidays, and split days off
