Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client services team as a Client Services Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, getting them set up with our products, and resolving any issues they may have.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information, following up on requests and tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible service.


You will be the primary point of contact for new customers, answering their questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfactionAnalyze and identify areas for improvement in client services processesGenerate reports and provide feedback to managementProvide technical assistance and troubleshoot client issuesParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledgeAssist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, creating and updating sales records, and preparing sales presentations and proposalsIdentify and research potential leads and opportunities, and follow up on leads as neededPerform other duties as assigned


Requirements:


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role and/or sales or administrative rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure well


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of customer-relations systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, etc)Proficiency with project management toolsKnowledge of the security industry and competitive landscape

Bachelor's degree
