Tasks

  • Acceptance and resolution of technical disruptions and IT inquiries in 2nd level support
  • Installation and configuration of software and hardware (including mobile device management)
  • Support in the area of IT procurement, including management of license management
  • Documentation in knowledge databases
  • Accompaniment and support of IT projects

Profile

  • Completed IT technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Professional experience in IT and user support, remote and on-site, as well as in the installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment, including MS365
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written
  • Problem-solving skills and results orientation
  • Team spirit as well as independent and structured way of working
