DIRECT PLACEMENT - For our well-known client in the food industry, we are currently seeking a new motivated employee in customer service (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

Your future tasks:


  • Processing daily orders primarily from the German food retail sector, as well as independently handling orderrelated complaints
  • Checking order volume and monitoring promotional business with corresponding order adjustments and customer communication in the context of inventory development
  • Continuous communication and coordination with our customers to ensure timely fulfillment of their orders
  • Collaboration with internal departments (especially logistics, demand planning, and sales) to ensure a high level of service for our customers
  • Orderrelated master data maintenance in the ERP system M
  • Creation and maintenance of analyses and reports
  • Support of the team leader customer service and projectrelated tasks

Qualifications:

You are a good fit for this position if:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, or are a career changer with commercial work experience
  • You ideally have work experience in customer service and complaint handling in the food industry
  • You are serviceoriented and customerfocused, and enjoy communication
  • You have a selfsufficient, structured, and goaloriented way of working
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system (preferably Infor M3)
  • You are strong in both German and English (spoken and written)
