    Description

    Position Summary:

    In the Sales Coordinator role you will be responsible for all aspects of the contracts and starts process to support the division. Responsible for managing and reviewing sales contracts, change orders, selections, and diagrams. Responsible for ordering, gathering, and reviewing all necessary documents for permit packages, applying and receiving building permits, and paying applicable permit and other necessary fees prior to the start of the home.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Process and execute sales contracts in a timely manner.
    • Review all contracts for completeness and accuracy, and upload to the job file.
    • Process and review all change orders/selections sheets/diagrams and upload to the job file.
    • Order and review all documents required for building permits.
    • Acquire ACC/Developer approvals as required.
    • Apply for any water/sewer/septic permits as required.
    • Assemble all required documents and apply for all building permits. Pay fees once approved.
    • Maintain all appropriate start dates in BRIX Back Office, and generate and distribute the weekly Starts Report prior to the Starts Meeting. Make adjustments as necessary and distribute adjusted Starts Report to entire team weekly shortly after the meeting.
    • Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the contract and starts process.
    Qualifications

    Job Knowledge and Skills:
    • Knowledge of sales contracts and purchase agreements
    • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
    • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
    • Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a background check
    • College Degree preferred, but not required
    • 2+ years of an administrative role experience preferred
