Your Responsibilities

Organizing the transition of patients from the hospital to the home care sector
Advising patients, family members and medical professionals
Planning and implementing field service appointments in your own service area
Independent preparation and followup of appointments in the home office
Maintaining existing customer contacts and acquiring new hospitals, nursing facilities, and doctors
Indicationbased recommendation of medical devices and aids, e.g. in the areas of tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral/parenteral nutrition, intensive care, wound care, stoma, etc.

Your Profile

Completed training as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, respiratory therapist, or geriatric nurse
You have medical knowledge in the areas of tracheostomy and ventilation.
