Creative Services Manager (Contract)Responsibilities:
Serve as a Key Contributor:
Work with cross-functional marketing and commercial teams to create design assets, particularly pitch decks and marketing onesheets
Lead the Creative Production Pipeline:
Oversee day-to-day job performance of the team. Manage the intake of all inbound creative requests. Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved timelines and budgets.
Manage Schedules:
Create and monitor production schedules, and assist the team with development schedules. Keep cross-functional teams informed of project status.
Develop Processes:
Establish and implement design standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.
Lead Creative Team Meetings:
Lead project kickoffs and regular team meetings to foster collaboration, divvy up work, discuss status, prioritize action items.
Manage Version Control:
Make sure the right versions go to the right people, especially when those people are clients, printers, or ad networks.
Track Deliverables:
Keep track of development and production, seek opportunities to add value and reduce costs, enhancing operational efficiency.
Take Ownership:
Be accountable for the outputs and quality of the creative teams' work. Ensure PubMatic quality standards are applied.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience as creative operations or creative production project lead, with time spent managing and growing a team, preferably at a digital agency
Degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent combination of experience and education
Excellent project management skills (Asana), with a strong attention to detail from concept development through production for flawless end results
High proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Powerpoint and Word templating/styling, and platforms used for internal production.
A deep understanding of digital and print production; prior experience designing extensive pitch decks, performing content/material audits, and maintaining processes/documentation
A strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to understand business challenges and deliver creative solutions
Superior communication skills, the ability to be tactful and diplomatic but also firm and, above all, clear
Experience working in high output, fast-paced environments

Compensation And Benefits:
Compensation Range:
$32-40/hr
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the hourly rate for this role.
