Accounting/Finance – Controlling – Human Resources As a personnel consultant, we are looking for a Commercial Manager (m/f) for our renowned client – a medium-sized international company with a global customer base, which is successful in both the automotive and non-automotive sectors and holds a leading position as a highly technical manufacturer using plastic-steel hybrid technologies.

The future job holder reports directly to the management and leads a small team.

Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for finance and accounting, controlling, and HR department Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Preparation of reports and actual vs.

target analyses in reporting Budget planning, cash flow management, participation in the development of business plans Contact person for external parties such as tax consultants, banks, insurance companies, and affiliated companies in Asia and Eastern Europe Responsibility for the HR department, including preparation of payroll (outsourced to external service provider)

Participation in the strategic development of processes and structures with the aim of increasing profitability Your profile:
Degree or commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a certified accountant or business economist Relevant professional experience with initial leadership experience Strong affinity for numbers Good IT skills including an ERP system
