Deputy Store Manager Part-Time (m/f/d)

Introduction

You support your store manager in all matters related to the professional management, organization, and motivation of your store team of 20-40 employees
In addition to optimizing processes behind the scenes, you also work hands-on on the sales floor
You take care of scheduling and inventory and act as a substitute for the store manager in their absence
Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our store concepts, maintain a well-kept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with first leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
