You are at home in the IT landscape and enjoy supporting your team? Then you've come to the right place. We are currently looking for an IT system administrator (m/f/d) for first and second level support in a permanent position in Statesville.

Together with your team, you ensure the provision of IT services within the EXCO Group. You optimize the existing (cloud) infrastructure and adapt it to our company's requirements.

Your tasks

1st and 2nd level support for around 300 Windows clients/servers, both on-site and remote, including automated client PC installations, hardware and software rollouts, and patch and update management
Implementation and updating of cloud services and resources
Error analysis and implementation of solution measures, as well as reading and analyzing scripts and log files
In addition, you ensure support for mobile devices (iOS and Android) and create technical documentation, for example in the ticket system, and take on your own IT projects

Your profile

Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualifications and first professional experience in support or service desk
Sound knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, as well as
