Our
Management Nurse will be responsible for helping the team cultivate a culture of great care and superb quality outcomes.

Our facility is looking for a nurse manager to work in conjunction with other nurse leaders overseeing and directing care for our residents.

Our nurse leaders are responsible for managing the care planning, wound care, and restorative care.

The nurse in this position would primarily work Monday through Friday with rotation of shared call with the other nurse leaders.

This position also involves weekly rounds in collaboration with the wound care physician, tracking of wounds, and monthly visits with the dietician for the management of the residents' weights.

The nurse leader's role in this position is to improve resident outcomes by identifying risks and implementing individualized actions.
