About the opportunity?:

This position entails maintenance on multiple robots and will require travel between several customer locations

Your tasks will include:

Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance.
Keep inventory record and order of spare parts.
Communicate with customer daily.
Ability to follow lockout, tagout, tryout procedure.
Quick to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers in a timely manner.
Schedule planned maintenance during outages.
Follow all safety rules of RHI Magnesita and Customer's.
Able to prioritize jobs based on shop schedule and maintenance needs
Able to competently communicate and describe robotic and vision issues with European robotics group

About you:

You are a craftsman skilled in all aspects of refractory material and installation. You are both motivated and hard-working and collaborate with teammates to achieve results. Health and Safety is a top priority and you are reliable and committed to producing quality work. This position is located near Phoenix, AZ.

In addition, you have:

3 years maintenance experience
Technical Background, preferably with melt shop knowledge
Organized, accurate and detail oriented
Strong Communication Skills
Knowledge and background in robotics
Experience with Automation and vision systems
Oncall availability a must
Knowledge with Computers and computer literacy
Knowledge with Electrical systems including PLC'S
Knowledge with Hydraulic systems and compressed air systems
General understanding of maintenance processes and methods
Hand/power tool knowledge
