    As an Assistant Manager at Tin Roof Tacos, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

    You will be responsible for supervising and leading the team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that all company standards are met.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work culture and fostering team development.

    Requirements

    Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

    Excellent leadership and communication skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Flexible availability including nights and weekends

    Knowledge of restaurant operations and health regulations

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Some Spanish a plus
