Webb, Northeast's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time HR Assistant - Benefits & Training for it's Bedford, MA location.


Responsibilities:


  • Process new hire benefit enrollments/life event changes
  • Maintain employee benefit eligibility information
  • Communication with broker for COBRA notifications
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Monitoring required training for the company
  • Adding/deleting users in LMS
  • Regular communication with managers on training completion status
  • Assist in training development
  • Assist with all employee inquiries
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:


  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Must maintain strong confidentiality rules and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Exce/Word/Powerpoint
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Creative skill strongly desired

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
