- Planning and coordinating of large-scale security incident response efforts involving multiple business functions, operational teams and front-line customer-facing businesses
- Aligning to an industry leading framework for the identification, management and communication of any type of security incident that could impact the bank globally
- Identifying and implementing necessary tasks within your area of responsibility, while working within a global multi-functional department made up of a multitude of CSO specialist teams
- Coordinating and disseminating formal written business communications related to incidents managed by the team
- Supporting and leading reviews of security incident processes and standard operating procedures to continuously improve incident responsiveness
- Confident, reliable and accountable - possessing the ability to remain calm, controlled and focused during uncertain and potentially stressful scenarios
- Knowledge of incident management tooling such as ServiceNow, X-Matters, Everbridge and other security solutions recognized across the industry
- A solid grasp of how a layered defence and intelligence driven defence works
- Ability to identify operational risks, both internally and externally, assess those risks and then coordinate in line with standardized policies and procedures
- Critical thinker that can formulate formal business summaries which business stakeholders and external parties may review
- Previous experience in a command centre environment
