Rental Clerk (m/f/d) in direct placement.

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • As a Rental Clerk (m/f/d), you will review incoming documents for completeness and conduct credit checks
  • You will create rental agreements and send them to interested parties
  • You will independently review exposés from brokers and landlords
  • Everyday correspondence with service providers, brokers, and landlords will also be part of your tasks
  • Lastly, you will also handle the processing of apartment terminations

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some professional experience in the real estate industry
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • You have a structured and organized work style and are always reliable and customeroriented
