The Member Relations Manager is responsible for collecting, updating, and maintaining the integrity of the member database (CRM) and providing administrative and bookkeeping support for the Wisconsin Hospitals Political Action Committee & Conduit.

The Member Relations Manager is also the main point of contact for collecting member information for WHA's annual Community Benefits Report.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate member data in the organization's CRM database and member directory.
  • Fulfill CRM support requests and prepare member data and other reports summarizing member engagement activities, trends, and outcomes for internal stakeholders on a scheduled or ad hoc basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate member engagement initiatives, including WHA's premiere memberevent (Advocacy Day), surveys, and communication campaigns.
  • Manage the database software for Wisconsin Hospital Association's fundraising program (Wisconsin Hospitals Conduit, State PAC, and Federal PAC) and ensuring contributions and disbursements are accurately processed, recorded, and included in any analysis provided to staff.
  • Responsible for general bookkeeping of financial accounts, maintaining appropriate documents/records and working responsibly with confidential financial information. The position is responsible for all accounts reconciling at the end of each month and working with the Vice President External Affairs in accurate and timely compliance with all government reporting related to the conduit and PAC.
  • Assists in the coordination of Wisconsin Hospitals PACsponsored fundraising events and mailing projects.
  • Monitor member feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to improve processes.
  • Coordinate member communications to ensure members are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to fully utilize our organization's offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices related to member relations and database management.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in member relations, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous accounting or booking experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with members and sensitive information.

Working Conditions

  • This position works inperson, in a business environment.
  • The ability to sit/stand for periods of 12 hours.
  • The ability to lift 2550 lbs.
  • Exposure to computer equipment.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
