    Salary/Position Classification

    * $13.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

    Purpose of Position

    This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Perform necessary duties to assist in the Associate Dean's Office
    • Greet public in a polite, respectful & courteous manner
    • Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
    • Assist anyone entering the Associate Dean's Suite with information, directions, etc.
    • Assist with event planning
    • Other duties as assigned - (Essential)
    Required Competencies


    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Attention to detail
    • Motivated
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Be able to work independently and in a team environment
    Minimum Requirements


    • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of student Finance.
    • Must be enrolled in 6 credits for summer session.
    • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
    • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
