Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and managing a team of warehouse associates.
Duties:
- Coordinate activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping, receiving, or inventory control processes
Requirements:
- Must have warehouse management experience.
- Must have forklift experience
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
